Workshops at Verrocchio are very popular as they provide confident artists time and space to pursue their own work either without the help of a tutor entirely (August Workshop) or with a tutor along side (in the case of the Palio Week (Huw Richards Evans)) and Martin Grimshaw (May/June) to offer help and support when needed. Artists can enjoy all the advantages of an art holiday: wonderful meals, spacious studios and good company in a beautiful location without having to follow a structured course. Being in the company of other artists in itself often provides plenty of stimulus, inspiration and enjoyment.
